What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced boutique environment
- Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and floor coverage
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
- Ensure smooth register operations and resolve customer concerns professionally
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of retail management experience (apparel preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Sales-driven with a passion for team development
- Available to work a consistent full-time schedule, including weekends
